Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; please check the specific product pages for a full ingredient list and vegan certification.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your beauty fix sooner.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Julep account to view your order status and history at any time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Julep ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our beauty essentials to more countries in the near future.
